I'm losing my mind little by litttle! I have been studying for the past 2 and a half hours and desperately need a break! There is so much information on the older adult that my mind can handle in one sitting! Perhaps I'll mix things up a bit and take the exciting trip downstairs to check the mail, or go for a rollerblade. I think I could use some fresh air!
