Christmas Morning at our place!
Christmas Day supper at the neighbors!
Our family of four has had a nice and relaxing holiday break, which is just what we needed! We have spent a lot of time at home and enjoyed the slower pace of some time off the usual routine and with daddy with us. What a blessing! This year, the office closed over the holidays and so Shane has been with us for the week and done a little work from home but mostly relaxed with the family. Big blessing!
We had the pleasure of making it to a bit of the Onething conference as a family again, this time being Owen's first Onething outside the womb =) Noah LOVES going each year and crazy enough, if we are here next year and it would be the right time, he would be old enough for the CEC track (the conference for kids)!
My highlight of Onething this year was definitely sitting in Francis Chan's message "Rejoice in Suffering" Wednesday morning......sooooo good! Here is the link to view the archives - Rejoice in Suffering
Another highlight for me was the evening session of the 29th when Amanda Cook and Steffany Gretzinger from Bethel did worship and Allen Hood spoke on "Turning the Hearts of the Fathers to the Children". I watched from home that night but stayed up until the end to catch it all =) Here is the link to view the full session - Turning the Hearts of Fathers to the Children
There is so much that happened in 2015 and so much more to come in 2016! May the Lord continue to speak to each of us about the things in His heart for this coming year!
Blessings from our family to yours!
